Sweetcorn Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole sweet corn kernels
- 3/4 cup sweet corn grated
- 5 cups vegetable stock
- 3 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
- 4 tsp cabbage finely chopped
- 2 tsp carrot finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp white sugar optional
Instructions
- Add the sweet corn kernels, cabbage and carrot in the vegetable stock; cover it with the lid and boil it for 10 mins until the corn becomes tender
- Add the grated corn and simmer it for 5 mins
- Add the corn paste, salt and sugar and cook it for some more time
- Serve it hot (you can add soya sauce if you like)
