Stuff Mini Spinach Roll Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 spinach leaves washed
- for frying Oil
- bread crums
- 100 gm Paneer for stuffing
- 1/4 cup carrot, beans,peas chopped and boiled
- pinch Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp kothmir
- 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
- as per taste Salt
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour/maida for maida batter
- as required water for maida batter
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients (paneer, boiled vegetables, all spices, kothmir and salt)
- Spread it on spinach leaves
- Prepare rolls of the spinach leaves
- Dip the rolls in maida batter
- Roll them on the bread crums
- Deep fry it
- Serve them hot
