Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- as per taste Salt
- Oil to fry
Instructions
- Knead the dough (not very soft) by mixing all the ingredients
- Take a thick vessel and heat the oil for frying
- Divide the dough into 10-12 equal small balls and roll small puri's
- Insert 2 puris into the hot oil and cook on both sides
- Remove and keep it on the absorbing paper and serve them hot with any bhaji
