Ingredients
- 1 bowl Basmati Rice Hard cooked
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 6 cubes Paneer
- 4 pieces Kaju
- 4 pieces Khismish
- 2 Green Chilli slit
- 4 Curry Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Coriander
Instructions
- Heat the ghee in a non stick pan,
- Add Jeera, Green Chilli, curry leaves, garam masala, rice, salt, paneer, kaju, khismish and coriander
- Serve hot with raita
