Yummy healthy Brownie made of oats and wheat
Ingredients
- 100 Gm Oats Sieved
- 100 Gm Atta/Whole wheat flour Sieved
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Almonds Chopped
- 100 Gm Dates Chopped
- 150 Gm Butter Unsalted melted
- 1 Tin Milkmaid 400ml
- 100 Gm Brown sugar Powdered
- 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chopped
- 2 Tbsp White Chocolate Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Milk Chocolate Chopped
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 100 Ml Milk Optional
- Pinchful Seasame seed To sprinkal
- Pinchful Icing Sugar To sprinkal
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. If the batter is too thick you can add little milk
- Grease the mould with butter and sprinkal wheat flour
- Pour the batter and bake it for 350 degree
- Prick a toothpick after half n hr to check whether the brownie is done or not (if the batter sticks on the toothpick; keep the batter to bake for another few minutes)
- Let it cool down for few minutes and sprinkal seasame seeds and icing sugar
- Cut it into pieces and serve
