Moong Dal Chilla Recipe

  1. soak the dal in 3 cups of water for half an hour
  2. Wash the dal and remove all the skin
  3. Add salt, ginger chilli paste, red chilli powder and mix well
  4. Grease the tava with llittle oil and heat it well; pour the chilla like dosas
  5. Cook it on the other side too, spread chutey and sprinkle paneer in it
  6. Fold the chilla like semi circle and serve it hot with chutney (you can make moong dal dhokla; with ample amount of ghee)
