Moong Dal Chilla Recipe

Ingredients
- 11/4 cup moong dal spilt moong dal skinless
- Salt to taste
- 11/2 inch Ginger roughly chopped
- 3 Green chillies roughly chopped
- Oil for shallow fry
- 3/4 cup Paneer grated
- 3/4 cup green chutney
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder optional
Instructions
- soak the dal in 3 cups of water for half an hour
- Wash the dal and remove all the skin
- Add salt, ginger chilli paste, red chilli powder and mix well
- Grease the tava with llittle oil and heat it well; pour the chilla like dosas
- Cook it on the other side too, spread chutey and sprinkle paneer in it
- Fold the chilla like semi circle and serve it hot with chutney (you can make moong dal dhokla; with ample amount of ghee)
