Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 11/4 cup Whole purpose flour/maida
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Coffee add 1/4 tsp of coffee in 1/2cup of water
- 1/2 cup Curd/ Dahi/Yogurt thick
- 1/2 cup Milk room temperature
- 1/3 cup Butter or Oil odourless oil or melted unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Coco powder
- 3/4 cup White Sugar granular form
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Take all the dry ingredients (Maida flour,soda, baking powder and cocoa) and sieve them in a big bowl 2 to 3 times (more the better to make the cake light ad fluffy)
- Take another bowl and mix all the wet ingredients together (hot coffee, butter or oil, milk and then yogurt)
- Pour slowly (little by little) the wet batter into the big bowl of dry ingredients
- Mix it with hand mixer or if you dont have then spatula or big spoon is fine. Just do not over mix it as the cake will become tough
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degree F or 170 degree C
- Grease the baking tray and pour the batter in it and bake it for 25 to 30 mins
- After removing from the oven cool it for few minutes and do the cake upside down on the cool rake.
- You could frost it or serve it as it is
