Jal Jeera Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mint leaves fresh
- 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves fresh
- 2 tbsp Cumin seeds roasted
- 1 tsp Black salt/sanchal powder
- 1 tbsp amchur powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- as required ice cubes
- 1/2 litre soda
Instructions
- Grind the coriander and mint leaves with water to form a smooth paste
- Crush the roasted jeera with black salt and amchur in a mortar with pestle
- Mix the paste and crushed masala together. Add lemon juice in it
- Put ice cubes in each glass and divide the concentrate equally
- Add soda on it and serve immediately, garnished with a slice of lemon.
