Jain Moothiya Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Besan/Bengal gram flour
- 1/4 cup Bajra Flour
- 1 cup Methi Bhaji finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Soda
- 2 tbsp Oil
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Curd/ Dahi/Yogurt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and make a thick (not liquid) batter
- Steam the batter for 15 mins
- Cool and cut into thin small slices
- Season them with 2 tbsp oil, 1/4 rai, 2 green chilli slit, 3 tbsp grated coconut (optional) and coriander
- Serve hot with green chutney or sauce
