  1. Stir the milk, condensed milk, and dry milk powder together in a heavy-bottomed pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the sugar, cardamom, and saffron to the boiling milk; reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. Add the pistachio nuts into the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, about 1 hour an a half. Serve it chilled

  1. Take all the dry ingredients (Maida flour,soda, baking powder and cocoa) and sieve them in a big bowl 2 to 3 times (more the better to make the cake light ad fluffy)
  2. Take another bowl and mix all the wet ingredients together (hot coffee, butter or oil, milk and then yogurt)
  3. Pour slowly (little by little) the wet batter into the big bowl of dry ingredients
  4. Mix it with hand mixer or if you dont have then spatula or big spoon is fine. Just do not over mix it as the cake will become tough
  5. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degree F or 170 degree C
  6. Grease the baking tray and pour the batter in it and bake it for 25 to 30 mins
  7. After removing from the oven cool it for few minutes and do the cake upside down on the cool rake.
  8. You could frost it or serve it as it is

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree celcius
  2. Mix the butter with mashed bananas in a big bowl with the beater or wooden spoon
  3. Add all the ingredients except maida. Mix them well. Then lastly add maida and again mix it well. You can add walnuts if you like (it is optional)
  4. Grease the pan with butter and pour the batter into it. If the pan is 9 by 11 inches then bake it for 1/2 an hr and if the pan is 4 by 8 inches then bake it for 1 hr
  5. Cool it on the rack for 15 to 20 mins. Remove and slice it like sandwich bread. It is ready to serve.

  3. Add the corn paste, salt and sugar and cook it for some more time
  4. Serve it hot (you can add soya sauce if you like)

  1. Add salt and sugar to the curd and whisk till well mixed. Keep it in the refrigerator till use.
  2. Make holes on one side in the middle of the puris and arrange them i the serving plate
  3. Mix moong, vatana and salt. Fill it equally in the puris
  4. Add the green chutney and khajur imli chutney and fill the top with curd
  5. Sprinkle red chillli powder, chat masala and roasted cumin powder and sev on top of it.
  6. Garnish with chopped corainder and serve immediiately

  1. Take sugar, milk and Amul milk powder and churn it well with the boss or in mixture
  2. Add the fruit pulp and churn it again
  3. Add cream and churn it again
  4. You can add small pieces of fruits in it ( whichever futurist pulp you have selected)
  5. Pour it in the serving vessel (preferably tupperware) and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour
  6. Then keep it in the deep fridger for an hour
  7. Then keep it in the fridger on normal temperature (not too fast)
  8. Special instructions: For preparing rose syrup ice cream use 1/4 cup sugar and 3/4 cup rose syrup

Kadhi

It is eaten mainly with Kichadi , rice or Bhakri .

  1. Mix curd, besan, water and beat it well.
  2. Add ginger chilli paste, salt, sugar and curry leaves and keep it on slow heat.
  3. Keep stirring until it boils.
  4. Prepare the seasoning by heating the ghee and frying the Methi, mustard and cumin seeds until they turn brown and add red chilli and asafoetida/ hing.
  5. Add the seasoning to the Kadhi and boil for few minutes.
  6. Sprinkle coriander on top as garnish and serve hot with Kichadi/ rice/ Bhakri.

  2. Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave pulp. In pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice and remaining 7 cups water.
