Yummy healthy Brownie made of oats and wheat

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. If the batter is too thick you can add little milk
  2. Grease the mould with butter and sprinkal wheat flour
  3. Pour the batter and bake it for 350 degree
  4. Prick a toothpick after half n hr to check whether the brownie is done or not (if the batter sticks on the toothpick; keep the batter to bake for another few minutes)
  5. Let it cool down for few minutes and sprinkal seasame seeds and icing sugar
  6. Cut it into pieces and serve

  1. See Moist Chocolate Cake recipe for chocolate cake
  2. Cut the cake into 2 equal parts horizontally
  3. cook the cut strawberries by adding 2 tsp sugar in it (to remove the sourness)
  4. Add the strawberry pulp on the half cake, add broken nuts on it (i added walnuts) and then add little room temperature ice cream on it (mix the ice cream in a bowl and then add)
  5. And then put the half cut cake on top of it
  6. Prepare it in a thick foil (even the cake) and cover the whole cake with the foil
  7. Deep freeze it and remove the cake 2 mins before serving it

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the cake (Melt the dark chocolate by double boiling it)
  2. Pour it in the baking container and put it in the oven for 30 mins @ 350 degree Fahrenheit
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce
  4. You could serve the brownie by pouring hot sauce on it and placing ice-cream (plain vanilla) over it

  1. Sieve the flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt in a bowl
  2. Add the sugar, milk and melted butter
  3. Add the walnuts and vanilla essence
  4. Grease a (9"x9") sq. tin and spread the mixture evenly in the tin
  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cocoa over the mixture
  6. When you want to bake, pour 2 teacups of boiling water over the mixture and bake in a hot oven at 400 degree Fahernite for 20 min.
  7. During baking the cake mixture rises on top and chocolate sauce settles at the bottom.
  8. Cut into squares and spoon a little chocolate sauce on top
  9. Serve warm with vanilla ice-cram

  1. Soak the dates in warm water for 30 minutes
  2. Make a fine paste of the dates in the mixture using minimum water
  3. Sift the all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder, make sure there are no lumps in it
  4. Melt the butter and mix all the ingredients well
  5. Grease the baking pan (9 to 11") and pour the batter in it
  6. Pre-heat the oven and bake the cake for 40 mintues
  7. Take out the cake and allow it to cool down for 10 minutes
  8. Turn the cake upside down On the cooling rack
  9. Decorate it with any nuts and serve it hot or cold

Banana Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree celcius
  2. Mix the butter with mashed bananas in a big bowl with the beater or wooden spoon
  3. Add all the ingredients except maida. Mix them well. Then lastly add maida and again mix it well. You can add walnuts if you like (it is optional)
  4. Grease the pan with butter and pour the batter into it. If the pan is 9 by 11 inches then bake it for 1/2 an hr and if the pan is 4 by 8 inches then bake it for 1 hr
  5. Cool it on the rack for 15 to 20 mins. Remove and slice it like sandwich bread. It is ready to serve.
