Jain Palak Paneer Recipe

  1. Heat little oil and cook the paneer for 2 mins
  2. Wash the palak and blench it for few seconds
  3. Grind the palak and green chilli and make a smooth paste (you could add some cashews if you want)
  4. Heat the ghee, add green pepper and cook for a minute, then add tomatoes, corn, salt and palak
  5. Add the garam masala and lastly the paneer
  6. Boil for 2 minutes
  7. Serve hot with cream on top (optional). Serve with roti or naan.

  1. Boil the corn in water or vegetable stock for 10 minutes till the corn is tender
  2. Add the grated corn and cornflour paste and cook for 5-10 minutes. You can add grated cabbage as required (cabbage is optional)
  3. Add sugar, salt and pepper and serve hot
  4. You can serve it with chillies in vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce.

  1. Add oil in the kadai and heat it on medium flame
  2. Add Tej patta and all the ingredients for sauce. Heat it for 2 mins ad keep it aside
  3. Mix all the ingredients together for stuffing and suff them in the capcicum and deep fry them
  4. Pour the hot sauce on the capcicum
  5. Bake it in the oven for 180 degree C for 20-25 mins
  6. Serve hot with chapatti
