Jain Palak Paneer Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 judi Palak
- 1/2 liter Paneer paneer cubes out of 1/2 lt. milk
- 2 Green Chilli
- 2 Cloves
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Ghee Dalda
- Jeera
- 1 Green Capcicum
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 cup Sweet corn/makai
Instructions
- Heat little oil and cook the paneer for 2 mins
- Wash the palak and blench it for few seconds
- Grind the palak and green chilli and make a smooth paste (you could add some cashews if you want)
- Heat the ghee, add green pepper and cook for a minute, then add tomatoes, corn, salt and palak
- Add the garam masala and lastly the paneer
- Boil for 2 minutes
- Serve hot with cream on top (optional). Serve with roti or naan.
