Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the cake (Melt the dark chocolate by double boiling it)
  2. Pour it in the baking container and put it in the oven for 30 mins @ 350 degree Fahrenheit
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce
  4. You could serve the brownie by pouring hot sauce on it and placing ice-cream (plain vanilla) over it

  1. Roast all the paste ingredients in oil and when cooled blend everything to form a smooth paste
  2. Soak the dals for 2 hours. Pressure cook it with adding 3 cups of water, turmeric, tomatoes, salt and green chilli paste
  3. Heat the pan and add oil in it. Sauté cabbage and spinach for 5 mins
  4. Add the cooked dal, ginger powder, sugar, prepared paste and 1/2 cup water and boil it
  5. Cook for 10 mins, add lemon juice and serve it hot

  1. Boil the corn in water or vegetable stock for 10 minutes till the corn is tender
  2. Add the grated corn and cornflour paste and cook for 5-10 minutes. You can add grated cabbage as required (cabbage is optional)
  3. Add sugar, salt and pepper and serve hot
  4. You can serve it with chillies in vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce.

  1. Add the pomegranate juice, yogurt, sugar and mint in a blender.
  2. Once done, take it out in a bowl and whisk it to give it some body. Make it nice and fluffy.
  3. For good colorful presentation first add the apples to the glass, then kiwi. then pineapples, strawberries and finally the grapes.
  4. Pour the prepared juice on top of the fruits
  5. Add vanilla ice cream on top of it and sprinkle some crushed pistachios and serve it

    1. Sieve the flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt in a bowl
    2. Add the sugar, milk and melted butter
    3. Add the walnuts and vanilla essence
    4. Grease a (9"x9") sq. tin and spread the mixture evenly in the tin
    5. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cocoa over the mixture
    6. When you want to bake, pour 2 teacups of boiling water over the mixture and bake in a hot oven at 400 degree Fahernite for 20 min.
    7. During baking the cake mixture rises on top and chocolate sauce settles at the bottom.
    8. Cut into squares and spoon a little chocolate sauce on top
    9. Serve warm with vanilla ice-cram

    1. Add the chopped tomatoes to 4 cups of water in it and bring it to boil
    2. Blend it In a blender and strain The tomato puree
    3. Take a pan and melt ghee/butter in it
    4. Mix the wheat flour/corn flour with little water and add it to the hot ghee/butter
    5. Stir it for few seconds until light brown and pour the tomato purée in it
    6. Add salt, sugar and black pepper to taste
    7. Serve it hot with bread croutons
