Jain Patra Recipe

Ingredients
- 6-8 leaves Patra
- 4 cup Besan/Bengal gram flour
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Red chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 cup Tamirind Water Imli Water
- 1/2 cup Jaggery
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and make a semi liquid batter
- Steam for 15-20 mins
- Allow it to cool and cut it into thin slices
- Fry deep or season them with 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 2-3 green chilli slit, 4 tbsp grated coconut and coriander
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce
