Easy, Quick, Healthy and Yummy



  1. Wash the daal and rice and soak for minimum 4 hrs
  2. Mix all the ingredients, boil it and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles
  3. Add tempering of ghee, rai, curry leaves taj patta and cloves
  4. Serve it with Ghee and curd or Khadhi and papad

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan and roast the til until they become light brown in color
  2. Grind all the ingredients in the mixture
  3. Store it in an air tight container; it will stay for a month
  4. You can serve it with steamed white rice, melted ghee, Buttered toast, paratha, chapatti, Dhokla, idli, dosa.
