  1. Wash the toor dal, soak it in water for 3 hrs and pressure cook it till 3 to 4 whistles
  2. Take a big thick bottom pan and add 1 tbsp oil in it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies asefotida to it. Add the churned toor dal to it
  3. UAdd 4 times the water to toor dal and bring it to boil
  4. Prepare the wheat dough by adding salt , turmeric, red chili powder and water as required
  5. Make 15 thin chapatis and cut diamond shapes and add them gradually to te boiled toor dal
  6. Add the boiled ground nuts, lemon juice and chopped coriander to it and serve hot if hot. You can serve rice with it

  1. Add oil and water to the ready packet Khaman dhokla and steam it for 15 mins
  2. Shred the raw papaya and add salt to it and keep it aside for 20 mins
  3. Remove the water from the papaya after 20 mins
  4. Take some oil in the pan, add mustard seeds, green chilles and curry leaves to the seasoning and add papaya to it.
  5. Cook it well for about 10 mins
  6. With your fingers powder the Khaman dhokla and add the cooked papaya to the Khaman.
  7. Garnish it with finely chopped corainder leaves and eat it with hot fafada.

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Toast both sides of the bread till light brown
  3. In the bowl mix Tomatoes, Green Chili, Cilantro, Lemon Juice and Salt.
  4. Place the slice of cheese on each slice of bread
  5. Spread baked beans approx. 2 tbsp on each slice of cheese
  6. Pour the salsa over the beans
  7. Pour the prepared mixture of Tomatoes, Green Chili, Cilantro, Lemon Juice and Salt over the salsa
  8. Bake The whole thing again for about 5 minutes
  9. Remove it from the oven and serve it immediately.

  1. soak the dal in 3 cups of water for half an hour
  2. Wash the dal and remove all the skin
  3. Add salt, ginger chilli paste, red chilli powder and mix well
  4. Grease the tava with llittle oil and heat it well; pour the chilla like dosas
  5. Cook it on the other side too, spread chutey and sprinkle paneer in it
  6. Fold the chilla like semi circle and serve it hot with chutney (you can make moong dal dhokla; with ample amount of ghee)

  1. soak the dal overnight
  2. wash the dal twice thrice until water is clear. Add salt, water, ginger and turmeric in the dal. pressure cook the dal for about 4-5 whistles or take a thick bottom pan and boil it on medium heat.
  3. Mix the dal well; there should be no lumps in it. thee consistency of the dal should be thick.
  4. Add ghee in a deep thick bottom pan for tadka. Add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute till the mustard seeds splatter.
  5. Add the tomatoes in the tadka
  6. add the dried masalas as well and cook it for 3 to 4 mintues. Make sure the masalas dont burn, so keep stirring in between.
  7. Pour the dal with the cooked masala and cover the lid for 3-4 mintues until the dal starts boiling
  8. Garnish the dal with corainder and serve it hot with rice or chapati.

  1. Soak the tamarind in warm Water for about half an hour and strain the pulp Through a sieve. Soak Jaggery for half an hour in another bowl.
  2. Add the tamarind pulp and Jaggery with the other ingredients except black salt and grind it in the mixture until fine paste using little water
  3. Add 1 litre of water and add black salt and salt as required
  4. Pour the Pani puri Pani in the serving vessel and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hours
  5. Serve it chilled. First Make a hole in the middle of The puri , the add sprouts (moong) and ragda (white vatana) in it. Then n top add tamarind chutney and dip the puri in the chilled Pani.you can add boondi in the Pani puri's Pani itself.
  6. Eat it immediately to enjoy the crispy and tasty pani puri.
