Masala Chaas Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cup Curd/ Dahi/Yogurt
- 2 glass Water
- 6 cubes Ice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ghee
- 1/4 tsp Rai
- 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
- Curry Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- Pinch Asafoetida/hing
Instructions
- Blend the curd with ice, water, salt
- Heat the ghee, do seasoning with the rest of the ingredients. Add rai, curry leaves, hing, green chilli, ginger
- Serve chilled (You could add chopped coriander.. its optional)
