Ingredients
- 1 cup Yellow moong dal wash and soak
- 1 cup Rice wash and soak
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1/4 tsp Jeera
- pinch Haldi
- Hing
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash the daal and rice and soak for minimum 4 hrs
- Mix all the ingredients, boil it and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles
- Add tempering of ghee, rai, curry leaves taj patta and cloves
- Serve it with Ghee and curd or Khadhi and papad
