  1. Arrange 6 puris on a serving plate and crack a small hole in the center of each of the 6 puris.
  2. Stuff each puri - a little white peas and moong
  3. Top each puri with ½ tsp green chutney, 1½ tsp khajur imli ki chutney.
  4. Top each puri with approx. 1 tbsp of curd.
  5. Sprinkle with a little chilli powder, cumin seeds powder and salt on top.th
  6. Garnish the Dahi puris with Sev and chopped coriander
  7. Repeat this process for the other 3 plates

  1. Heat the oil for preparing the masala, roast the coconut, sesame seeds and all the dried spices and allow it to cool
  2. Mix it in the mixture by using little water and keep it aside
  3. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker, add Jeera and curry leaves in it
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes, add the misal masala, turmeric powder and little water and cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame
  5. Add the matki, safed vatana, moong and chawli sprouts and mix well.
  6. Add 2 cups of hot water, salt, mix well and pressure cook it for 3 whistles
  7. Allow it to cool, add chilli powder. 1/2 cup of water, coriander and mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins
  8. While serving, serve the misal in the serving bowl, add mixed farshan, 2 tbsp poha, and sprinkle coriander over it
  9. Serve it hot with laddi pav

Ingredients

  1. Drain the moong dal and grind until a fine paste is ready. You can add very little water if needed
  2. Whisk the curd with 1/2 cup of water and prepare buttermilk of it
  3. Add the buttermilk and all the ingredients to the moong dal paste
  4. On medium flame cook the mixture and keep stirring until it leaves the sides of the pan
  5. Spread the mixture on any flat surface eg. a thali and make a thin layer.
  6. Let it cool for few minutes and then cut long thick stripes of about 2" thick.
  7. Carefully roll up each strip
  8. Heat the oil for temporing; add mustard seeds, let them crackle, add sesame seeds and pour on top of the khandvis
  9. Garnish with coriander and serve the khandvis.

  2. Wash the banana leaves, cut them into square shapes and grease one side of it with oil
  3. Apply thin layer of the batter to the leaf and place the other greased leaf on it again
  4. Cook both sides of the leaf until light brown spots are visible
  5. Serve hot with green chutney

  1. Heat Oil for seasoning
  2. Add mustard seeds and when they being popping add asafoetida, dry red chili, channa dal, urad dal and mix.
  3. Let it become light brown and add sooji in it and roast till it turns light brown
  4. Allow the sooji to cool down in another bowl for 10 minutes
  5. Prepare Idli steamer by pre-heating water to a boil.
  6. Grease the idli tray with little oil
  7. Add the curd, curry leaves, green chilies, cilantro, ginger and salt. Mix well until no lumps visible
  8. Add eno into it and mix well
  9. Pour the batter immediately
  10. Steam the batter for 15-20 minutes
  11. Serves it hot with chutney sambhar

  5. Add soda on it and serve immediately, garnished with a slice of lemon.

  4. Pour the hot sauce on the capcicum
  5. Bake it in the oven for 180 degree C for 20-25 mins
  6. Serve hot with chapatti

  1. Wash the toor dal, soak it in water for 3 hrs and pressure cook it till 3 to 4 whistles
  2. Take a big thick bottom pan and add 1 tbsp oil in it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies asefotida to it. Add the churned toor dal to it
  3. UAdd 4 times the water to toor dal and bring it to boil
  4. Prepare the wheat dough by adding salt , turmeric, red chili powder and water as required
  5. Make 15 thin chapatis and cut diamond shapes and add them gradually to te boiled toor dal
  6. Add the boiled ground nuts, lemon juice and chopped coriander to it and serve hot if hot. You can serve rice with it
