Bread Bhurji Recipe

Ingredients
- 10 slices Whole wheat bread cut into small pieces
- 1 cup Curd/ Dahi/Yogurt low fat
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder haldi
- 3-4 Curry leaves
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Corainder leaves finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the curds, turmeric powder and salt with 2 tablespoons of water and mix well.
- Add the cubes of bread and mix well till the bread is coated with the curd mixture.
- Heat the oil, add cumin seeds. Once crackled add green chilli paste and curry leaves and saute for few minutes
- Add the bread mixture and saute on low heat for few minutes till it turns light brown
- Add Coriander to it and serve hot
