Corn Soup Recipe

  1. Boil the corn in water or vegetable stock for 10 minutes till the corn is tender
  2. Add the grated corn and cornflour paste and cook for 5-10 minutes. You can add grated cabbage as required (cabbage is optional)
  3. Add sugar, salt and pepper and serve hot
  4. You can serve it with chillies in vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce.
