Jain Idli Powder Chatni Recipe

- 1/2 cup Urad Daal
- 1/2 cup Chaana Daal
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds Til
- to taste Salt
- pinch Asafoetida/hing
- Oil
Instructions
- Take a non stick pan, heat the oil
- Add Urad daal, fry till the color changes to golden brown, remove it and keep it aside
- Add Channa daal, fry till the color changes to golden brown, roast it without oil
- Mix all the ingredients in the mixture
- Grind it and make a coarse powder
- Serve it with oil or ghee
