Eggless Atta Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Atta/Whole wheat flour
- 1-2 Cups Sugar/Jaggery According to your taste
- 1/2 Tbsp Baking powder
- 11/2 Tbsp Baking soda
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon, cloves Powder
- 3/4 Cup Refined oil
- 1 Cup Curd
- Water To be added according to batter consistency
- handful Walnuts/raisins/figs For garnishing
Instructions
- Keep the oven to pre-heat at 200 degree C or 390 F
- Mix the curd and oil and keep it aside i the big bowl
- Mix all the dry ingredients and add it in the big bowl
- Mix it well
- Add water if needed. The batter should be dripping consistency
- Grease the bottom of the baking tray with oil and pour the batter in it
- Bake at170 degree C or 338 F for 1 hr 15 minutes
- Allow it to cool down and cut it into equal pieces and serve.
