Dahi Puri Recipe

Ingredients
- 24 pieces puris also known as gol gappas
- 1/2 cup moong sprouted or blanched
- 1/2 cup white vatana/ ragda blanched
- 1 cup curd/ dahi churned
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1/4 cup khajur imli chutney recipe is posted for that
- sev as required
- 2 tsp Chat masala
- 2 tsp Red chille powder
- 2 tsp Cumin powder roasted cumin
- 2 tbsp Corainder leaves chopped
Instructions
- Add salt and sugar to the curd and whisk till well mixed. Keep it in the refrigerator till use.
- Make holes on one side in the middle of the puris and arrange them i the serving plate
- Mix moong, vatana and salt. Fill it equally in the puris
- Add the green chutney and khajur imli chutney and fill the top with curd
- Sprinkle red chillli powder, chat masala and roasted cumin powder and sev on top of it.
- Garnish with chopped corainder and serve immediiately
