Corn Panki Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 pieces Corn Cob tender ones
- 2 tbsp All purpose flour/maida
- 1 tbsp Rava/Sooji
- 2 tsp Green chilli paste
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves washed and chopped
- 2 tbsp Curd/ Dahi/Yogurt
- pinch Baking soda
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grate the Corn and add all the ingredients, mix well and keep it aside
- Wash the banana leaves, cut them into square shapes and grease one side of it with oil
- Apply thin layer of the batter to the leaf and place the other greased leaf on it again
- Cook both sides of the leaf until light brown spots are visible
- Serve hot with green chutney
