Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 11/2 cup all purpose flour/maida
- 1 cup white sugar fine granular
- 1/3 cup Amul butter melted
- 4 big bananas ripped and mashed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence/fruit essence
- pinch Salt
- walnuts cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree celcius
- Mix the butter with mashed bananas in a big bowl with the beater or wooden spoon
- Add all the ingredients except maida. Mix them well. Then lastly add maida and again mix it well. You can add walnuts if you like (it is optional)
- Grease the pan with butter and pour the batter into it. If the pan is 9 by 11 inches then bake it for 1/2 an hr and if the pan is 4 by 8 inches then bake it for 1 hr
- Cool it on the rack for 15 to 20 mins. Remove and slice it like sandwich bread. It is ready to serve.
